To manage your Brandless account, please log-in to your Brandless account and click on the person icon located to the left of the Brandless box icon, located in the upper right-hand corner. This page will allow you to navigate between 'Account Overview' which displays a quick look at your Information & Preferences, your ‘Impact’ - how many meals you've helped donate, and a link to create a custom referral link to share Brandless with your family and friends and earn $10 store credit rewards for valid referrals.
By selecting 'Orders' you can view all past orders or orders in progress. This page allows you to click into individual orders to view order details, check order status, and access order tracking information.
'Your Subscription Box' allows you to manage your subscription order if you have opted to receive your favorite Brandless products in a recurring subscription order.
The 'Reorder' page allows you to view all items purchased in any past Brandless order allowing you to easily past favorites to your current Brandless box (making shopping easy!) You can also sort by Items and Orders, Most Frequent and Most Recent Items.
Lastly, the 'Profile & Preferences' page allows you to edit your email and password associated with your Brandless account under 'Your Information', edit your stored payment method or add eGift cards codes or view available store credit under 'Payment Methods', or edit your desired shipping address under the 'Shipping Address' section.
