While we work hard to create less waste and using minimal packaging and packing materials when shipping your Brandless box, there are certain times, especially with large orders where we may have to split up an order into multiple boxes or shipments. In this case, each box will be assigned a tracking number by FedEx.
Please note, your shipping confirmation email may list the primary FedEx tracking number only. If you suspect your order may have shipped in multiple shipments and want to see additional tracking details, click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
This will redirect you to the FedEx website and to additional tracking information to check your order’s status and see if it has shipped in multiple boxes.
