We work hard to ensure each order is packed with love and accuracy. If an item or item(s) in your order arrives damaged, we want to hear about it and help make things right.
Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and share any details you can regarding the damage (ie. description of damaged items and any pictures if available). This information helps us determine what went wrong and allows us the opportunity to correct this and better serve you in the future!
Additionally, if any food items in your order were damaged, we’ll donate 3 extra meals in your honor, through our partnership with Feeding America®, to help offset the food wasted from your damaged order.
