Once an order has been confirmed, the billing address cannot be altered. If you receive the confirmation email for your most recent order and the billing address is incorrect but the shipping address is correct, you will still be able to receive your order.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible so that we can make our best effort to request a shipping address change with our warehouse team. Please keep in mind, our warehouse moves quickly to get orders to your doorstep as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully make this change, our Customer Service team will be there to work with you to help make things right.
